This is a somewhat simple recipe for Greek Salad. Even thought it's simple it's one of my favorite things to eat. You basically slice up cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and mix with a dressing. let it sit in the dressing for a day or two and add a little feta when you serve it.
Peel your cucumbers then slice them longways
Cut them into half moons or cut those in half too if you like smaller pieces
Peel your red onion and slice them thin
Mix Together
Slice up Roma Tomatoes into large chunks
Now it's time to make the dressing.
3/4 cup oil
1 cup vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1.5 tsp ground black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp onion powder
1.5 tsp dijon mustard
Whisk together well or even mix in a blender if you really want it to become a singular dressing
Mix the dressing in with all
the other ingredients , move the whole mixture back and forth between 2
bowls to mix it well. Then cover it and put it in the fridge for a
while. I suggest adding feta when you serve it.
